Our permanent recruitment, talent search and consulting options provide flexibility to engage Community Consulting Australia on either an hourly, daily, or project rate for volume work along with pre-agreed recruitment fees for permanent placements.

Consulting

Our “consulting solutions” are a tailor-made option for clients that may need assistance with specific stages of a recruitment process if they are running their own campaigns, this may include advert writing and posting, pre-screening and interviewing applicants, search and selection stages, F2F interviewing, reference checking and skills / profile testing.

In addition, we work with organisations as consultants from a talent search perspective, where on many occasions we have been engaged to conduct a specific talent search or candidate assessment project for clients who want to tap into our talent networks within the Community sector and make them aware of specific people of a particular skill set that may be a great addition to their team.

Temporary and Contract Recruitment

 

On occasions as an organisation, you will naturally have requirements to engage a temporary or contract team member to cover annual leave, long service leave, sickness, peak periods or whilst you are recruiting permanent team members and need additional cover during this process. 

Our team are on hand to source you the right people, manage the payroll, superannuation, taxes and all administration relating to these assignments. We provide a full on-boarding service to ensure that each contract team member is fully compliant when being inducted into your organisation with minimal disruption and provide you with a weekly invoice against each signed timesheet.
